The new Token Móvil app from Banco de Bogotá allows you to do more from wherever you are.

What is it for?
Generate unique and random codes for each login on the Internet, Servilínea, and PSE. It provides the peace of mind you need to carry out transactions through our virtual and electronic channels.

Download the new Token Móvil application which allows you to:
• Register accounts for transfers.
• Register utility bills for payment.
• Pay taxes.
• Update your information to receive email statements.

All you need is an internet connection on your smartphone or tablet to download and register. You don't need to be connected to generate the codes.

For security reasons, customers can only have one token, either physical or mobile.

Customers who have requested a physical token but have not collected it can download the application and use the token without having to go to an office.

Customers with a physical token can download the application and their current token will no longer generate valid codes.

Uninstalling the application or deleting the token from within the application does not mean that the customer is no longer linked to the service. Therefore, the Token will continue to be required when accessing the Electronic Channels that request it.
